He will present his findings about learning opportunties and outcomes in the bi-directional project “The Laos Experience” to the current Ghanaian-German “Community of Practice” in Karlsruhe (ASA project 2025). His work is based on the “Framework of Mutual Engagement” after Wenger-Trayner: “Communities of practice are groups of people who share a concern or a passion for something they do and learn how to do it better as they interact regularly.” The Framework comprises Activity\, Relationship\, Sense of Belonging\, and Agency.
